1. Multiple DC Power Supply Outputs
Provides three sets of standard regulated power supplies for the entire drive controller:
5 VDC (digital logic, chip power supply)
15 VDC (analog signals, operational amplifier circuit)
24 VDC (relays, terminal circuits, external signals)
2. Motor Excitation Control
Integrated onboard pulse transformer provides drive pulses specifically for the DC motor excitation winding (magnetic field circuit), enabling regulation of the motor excitation current and directly determining the stability of motor torque and speed.
3. Onboard Status Relay Outputs
Features 3 hardware relay dry contacts for system status feedback:
K1 RUN: Driver ready signal
K2 MAX: Current/speed over-limit alarm
K3 FAULT: System fault shutdown alarm
4. Calibration and Adjustment Loop
Onboard adjustable potentiometers and configuration jumpers support field calibration:
P1 SCALE: Current feedback range calibration
P2 CFB ZERO: Feedback zero-point offset adjustment
P3 CFB ADJUST: Closed-loop gain fine-tuning
5 jumper sets configure feedback signal type and excitation mode.
